MY APPROACH TO THERAPY

What brings me the greatest joy in my work is helping people with significant life transformations. Witnessing a person discover a path away from sadness, confusion, dis-empowerment and feelings of being overwhelmed. Working together to find greater aliveness, joy, curiosity, and taking actions that embrace the values that give one’s life meaning.

Since we are all different, our sessions together will address challenges that are unique to you. We will work together to address those issues with strategies to bring you closer to the life important to you.

I provide safe space for you to be your authentic self. This aids in transforming your situation so you can thrive as the person you know you are inside.
